Lilith was born to an ancient Sumerian Goddess approximately thirteen thousand years ago. The birth of a daughter usually would have been a cause for celebration but not this one. The birth of this particular future Goddess immediately had the old Gods and Goddesses on alert but filled with more fear than any of them had ever felt. Her mother held the greatest fear of all as one question ran through her mind. ‘What have I given birth too?”The God that led them all, Anu, put the rest of the Pantheon on the search for answers. The search went on for one year and by that time the infant had already begun to show a small fraction of her abilities, which concerned and frightened the Gods and Goddesses greatly. The news that an old Sumerian Prophetess brought them did not help, the infant Goddess would be the end of them all. The entire Pantheon would be destroyed if the Mother of the child did not kill her immediately. The Mother attempted to kill the child but did not succeed and was averted by creatures that seemed like Demons but were not. Quickly, as if on instinct, the dark beings took the infant girl from her mother and fled far from the realm that the Sumerian Pantheon resided on. These grotesque beings...these intelligent beings.... raised the young infant and taught her everything about the dark power that she held inside of her that they could, everything they /knew/, including how to use a bit of it. As time went by and as the infant grew into a young girl, she learned to think of these two creatures of Darkness as her Protectors. They were more or less the only companions she had and fought off any assassin, immortal or otherwise, that her own Pantheon sent after her.The magic inside of her seemed to grow as she did, even moreso. After a thousand years the female, now a fully grown Goddess, began to travel alongside her ‘parents’, wanting to see the world, discover it’s secrets.... and she did. The young woman, now known as Lilith, learned of other Pantheon’s, The Greeks, Egyptians, Celtics and many more. Once she hit the three thousandth year of her life, she had gained much knowledge of the world and it’s inhabitants. Over the course of that time, the Dark Goddess travelled more, meeting new supernatural beings like Dragons, Nymphs and Vampires. Going from Sumerian lands into other countries, such as Ancient Greece to the Persian Gulf and throughout the Persian Empire.Everywhere she travelled there seemed to grow a certain amount of Chaos. Chaos created by her hand. Reports of murders and killings spread throughout the Persian Empire, ruthless and merciless killings. Brutal murders. The young Goddess had learned that feeding her Darkness the souls of any living being, human or otherwise, strengthened both her /and/ the Darkness that she controlled. The process was a rather painful one for the victim, having their bodies be ravaged by thousands of tiny spikes feeding off of their essence, their life force, dark /and/ light. For the Goddess of Darkness? It was invigorating. The feeling of strength and power running through her veins held a seductive quality to it thus making her immediately crave more... and so that became her new method in gaining strength; literally draining the life force out of her victims painfully. Or just their powers if she wanted them. No mercy was shown for those trapped inside of her Darkness. Absolutely none.As the years passed and Kingdoms rose and fell along with the deaths of many Kings, Queens and their armies, Lilith began to show a larger extent of what she was capable of. Taking down cities and sometimes even full countries with only her immortal, superior, strength and the Darkness she had grown fond of. Two hundred years of humanity plagued by her was almost too much for them to handle but they survived. Maybe they were more resilient than she thought? Maybe not. She did not know nor did she care, the only thing she cared about was gaining more power. After the two hundred years had passed the Dark Goddess was stronger than any God or Goddess alive. . . The events that came next were bloody and caused so much chaos throughout Greece that word finally got to the Greek Gods and Goddesses.Zeus, King of them all, issued out a warrant for Lilith. He felt that she was too much of a danger and saw the need to imprison her in the Underworld and that is exactly what he and his Queen, Hera, did once she had been captured and brought to the God and Goddess. The process was the most painful thing she had ever experienced but Zeus and Hera continued the process of sending her to Hades’ realm where her imprisonment would last for decades. During her time in the Underworld the Goddess came to hate the Greeks. She made a vow on the six hundredth day in Hades’ realm that she would destroy all of them. She did not care what she had to do or what she had too become, they would all suffer her wrath one day, /especially/ Hera. The bitch who had personally sent her there. After six decades had passed she was able to escape the Underworld.Lilith became consumed by rage, so much so that, that became the only thing she focused on, eventually shutting out everything else and killing anyone associated with the Greek Pantheon... starting with their children, the Demi-Gods.The goal had been almost complete with the help of a few others who she had forced into the situation. Capturing and Draining Hades, Apollo and Hera of their powers was a lengthy and hard process, but after taking the powers of a Demi-Goddess and a powerful Angel, along with several demons and demigods, she was able to drain all of them with the exception of Hera. Unfortunately, Lilith had only gained a small amount from her. Thankfully, it was enough to put her on par with even the other Greek Gods and Goddesses. After she had gained that power, she summoned Varick and sent him to Athens, Greece so he could get the amulet filled with her Goddess essence the brunette immortal had hidden underground while living there.Lilith thought that after reuniting with that side of her that her plan could keep going. But recent unburied secrets has her turning towards the destruction of her own Pantheon. After all, who wouldn’t want revenge after learning the reason her own mother tried to murder them was to prevent a Prophesy. A Prophesy that said they would be the end of their own Pantheon? Well, she certainly did.Lilith had a new target and anyone standing in her way would be destroyed. . .
